The villa includes 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a kitchen, 2 spacious dining areas (>55 square meters each), a covered terrace, a pool, a garden, and access to the lake area. Upon request, guests can enjoy boat rides, waterskiing, and wakeboarding. Our fleet includes a historic Chris Craft 1939, a wooden rowing boat, and a Pedrazzini Cavllino de Luxe. Please note that owners and potential renters of the boats may access the boathouse and boats with prior notification from guests at any time.
Note: For maintenance we have staff coming to check the pool, garden, etc. But we can schedule that together with you to ensure maximum privacy.
