Information

Our outdoor pool is not heated and is usually open from April to October (depending on weather a bit earlier or later). The Hot Tub is open in winter season from November to March (please check before) and is subject to additional charges since it has to be heated for each use.

Rules

We are trying to offer a place of tranquillity, please help us to do so by keeping in mind our house rules:

• Try to keep silent after 10 pm so we can all enjoy a peaceful sleep - if you booked the entire villa this still applies as we have neighbours
• Please take a shower before going in the pool. We have an outside shower right at the pool.
• Do not dive from the jumping board in the pool (pool is not so deep). For the jumping board at the lake, please first check the water level. Please take care taking the stairs down to the lake or boathouse (slippery and steep)
• We are offering a shared kitchen, therefor please always clean up after cooking immediately and empty the fridge upon check-out We have a strict no-smoking policy in the house
• Please help us to keep the planet clean: PET bottles can be returned in any supermarket (please ask), metal/carton/glass you can put in the recycle box in the kitchen. Please don’t make any fire on our premises, you can use our BBQ on request only.
• Do you want to explore the lake in a fun and active way? You can rent our kayak or SUP. We also offer private boat rides. For the best rates, check our web page
