We ensure that the accommodation provided will either be as depicted in the images or of a similar quality and charm.
Our villa is a sanctuary of tranquility. To preserve this atmosphere, we strictly prohibit parties and excessive noise. This holds true for the entirety of your stay, with quiet hours enforced from 10 pm to 7 am.
Adherence to our house rules is mandatory. Failure to comply will result in the termination of your occupancy without a refund.
The villa and its facilities are exclusively available for the use of registered guests. No external visitors are permitted without prior approval.
Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage incurred to the property during their stay.
Our villa is nestled in nature, which brings inherent variability. We maintain high cleaning standards, but please be prepared for the natural elements and inform us immediately of any issues. We do not process refund requests after check-out.
Guests are expected to exercise caution and responsibility, especially in areas like the pool and lake. Parents or guardians must supervise their children to ensure their safety at all times.
The villa's outdoor areas may present challenges for those with limited mobility, as there are steps and uneven terrain.
Should any pricing errors occur, we reserve the right to correct the rates to reflect current market conditions.
We maintain a pet-free environment, with the exception of our outdoor-residing cats.
Confirm availability directly with us before booking the entire villa to ensure exclusivity.
Despite the villa's expansive grounds, we respect our neighbors' peace and privacy. Adhering to our no parties or events policy is essential.
A CHF 2500 security deposit is required, payable by bank transfer 72 hours prior to check-in, or via cash, credit card, or SumUP on arrival.
Credit card payments are subject to a 2.9% processing fee. Bank transfers should be settled in advance of your stay.
The availability of outdoor amenities like the pool and hot tub is subject to weather conditions. Please verify their availability when planning your stay.
The Villa Owner cannot be held liable for any interruptions or inconveniences caused by events outside of their control.
Cancellations within 45 days prior to the rental period are non-refundable. For cancellations made 46 days or more before the rental period, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Peak Season bookings require a 50% cancellation fee if made 75 days or more before the rental period. Cancellations within 60 days will result in a 100% retention of the rental amount.
A 30% deposit secures your booking. Full payment is required for last-minute bookings.
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, ensuring that our policies continue to meet legal requirements and the evolving needs of our guests.
We highly recommend that all guests secure comprehensive travel insurance before their arrival. The insurance should cover personal injury, medical expenses, loss of belongings, and travel disruptions, including cancellations. This is to ensure that guests are protected against unforeseen circumstances that may affect their travel plans or health during their stay.
While every effort is made to provide a safe and secure environment, the Villa Owner accepts no liability for any personal injury, death, loss, or damage to personal belongings or vehicles during the rental period. The guest is responsible for ensuring their personal safety and the security of their possessions. The use of villa amenities such as the pool, hot tub, and any sports equipment is at the guests' own risk.
