Our outdoor pool is not heated and is usually open from April to October (depending on weather a bit earlier or later). The Hot Tub is open in winter season from November to March (please check before) and is subject to additional charges since it has to be heated for each use. 

Regeln

We are trying to offer a place of tranquillity, please help us to do so by keeping in mind our house rules:

• Try to keep silent after 10 pm so we can all enjoy a peaceful sleep - if you booked the entire villa this still applies as we have neighbours
• Please take a shower before going in the pool. We have an outside shower right at the pool.
• Do not dive from the jumping board in the pool (pool is not so deep). For the jumping board at the lake, please first check the water level. Please take care taking the stairs down to the lake or boathouse (slippery and steep)
• We have a strict no-smoking policy in the house Please help us to keep the planet clean: PET bottles can be returned in any supermarket (please ask), metal/carton/glass you can put in the recycle box in the kitchen.
  
• Please don’t make any fire on our premises, you can use our BBQ on request only.
• Do you want to explore the lake in a fun and active way? You can rent our kayak or SUP. We also offer private boat rides. For the best rates, check our web page. 
• Please note that our outdoor pool is not heated and is usually open from April till October, but depending on weather conditions this can vary slightly. Our Hot Tub is open during winter season from November till march, but also this can vary depending on weather conditions, so please check in advance.
